Transcript Request Policies

Official 体育菠菜大平台 transcripts can be requested through the Office of the University Registrar. Transcripts serve as the official record of study and detail what classes you completed, the grades you earned, dates attended, majors and minors awarded, and your overall GPA. 

How to Request an Official Transcript

Paper Transcript - No Fee

  • MyBlue; requires NUID and password

Electronic Transcript - $5 Fee

  • MyBlue; requires NUID and password

How to Request an Unofficial Transcript

  • MyBlue; requires NUID and password

  • Unofficial transcripts are generated in MyBlue and are available for immediate download or printing. These transcripts will be marked unofficial and do not reflect the official record of study. 

Accessing MyBlue

To log into MyBlue, you must know your NUID and Password. From the menu, select Academics, Request Transcript, and choose your desired transcript type.

Please note:
  • Electronic transcripts are processed the same day as requested.*
  • Normal processing time for paper transcripts is 3 to 4 Business Days.
  • High-demand processing time for paper transcripts (beginning/end of the semester and final grading) is 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Paper transcripts are sent by regular US Mail; arrangements to use a third party courier service must be made by the student.
  • Timely delivery is not guaranteed by the Office of the University Registrar.
  • Students who opt to pick up a transcript in person will receive an email notification when the transcript is ready. A photo ID must be presented at the time of pick up.
  • Transcripts delivered to the student will be designated “Issued to Student” and may be deemed as unofficial by some institutions.
**Electronic transcripts for students that attended prior to Fall 1990 will be processed in 2-3 business days.
